Shelters and cabinets proposed by Omnishelter are a custom made product, tailored to meet the most varied requirements of the operators and to give the telecom end users the best protection in the harshest environments.

The shelters with active or passive cooling or those underground can be equipped with all the sub-systems such as air-conditioning, electrical systems, site management systems and their installation accessories.  The materials range from aluminium, to steel, stainless steel, plastic materials and reinforced fibreglass.  The choice of materials is subordinated by the environmental, operational and safety conditions for which the shelters are supplied.

The configurations can be either monolithic or modular.  In addition to the range of shelters having dimensions conforming to ISO standards for containers, Omnishelter proposes equipment sheltering solutions to meet Customer's required dimensions.  The ancillary equipment and accessories refer to:

• cooling and heating systems
• AC/DC power distribution systems
• grounding systems
• lighting systems
• alarm systems
• fire extinguishing systems
• microprocessor-controlled PLC systems for remote monitoring and control
• accessories (cable entries, trays and ladders, anchoring supports, access ladders)
